Controversial Jaguar GT draws in buyers despite the fact nobody has seen it!

Despite the controversy over the company’s new direction, Jaguar says so far more than 32,000 people have expressed interest in its new all-electric four-door GT before they’ve even laid eyes on the finished car.

JLR CEO Adrian Mardell has confirmed to Auto Express that a concept model of the car –  presumably a very close-to-production one – will be unveiled before the end of the year, ahead of the road-ready version, which is expected to cost from around £130,000, finally hitting the roads in 2026.

Jaguar four-door GT design
